Windswept Farm

Windswept Farm is a Hunter/Jumper Equestrian Facility located in Argyle, TX.  Owned and Managed by Debbie DiVecchia, Windswept Farm provides full service board and training.  Professional service, experienced horsemanship, and a relaxed and honest environment are the foundation of Windswept Farm.

Debbie has been involved in the horse industry for more than 30 years.  Debbie began her equestrian career as a three day event rider and was selected as an alternate for the U.S. Olympic eventing team in the 70's. During this time period Debbie trained with some of the most well respected horsemen and women in the nation.  Under their tutelage, she gained insight into the proper care of horses and proper operation of a horse business.

Windswept Farms opened in the 80's with the vision of providing professional training services to clients in the Hunter / Jumper industry.  Debbie's dedication and experience has guided many riders to successful show careers, including National championships.  Windswept Farm provides a solid training system for both horse and rider. Many junior riders have received scholarships to major universities through their equestrian achievements achieved while at Windswept Farm.

Windswept Farm provides training to various levels of experience.  All clients have personalized lessons that focus on each individual's needs.  Training of horse and rider, as a team, is one of the biggest factors that have lead to the many successes gained by Windswept clients.  Debbie's philosophy of always doing what is best for the horse has provided riders to achieve great success in all levels of competition.  The client base at Windswept Farms varies from young beginner to mature adults competing in all levels of competition.  Each client is given personalized attention that leads to greater understanding and success in and out of the show ring.

Debbie is respected throughout the country as a great horsewoman.  Her ability to select quality horses that meet the rider’s needs is a rare attribute.  Windswept Farm goes to great length to produce quality show horses that have continued to have success in every major horse show, including Devon, Harrisburg, Washington and HITS.  Purchasing a horse that has been trained by Debbie Di Vecchia provides the buyer with the confidence that they are purchasing a quality horse that has the potential to be a champion.
