Windswept Farm is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes north of the DFW airport in Argyle, Texas. Windswept Farm consists of 10 acres that provides an excellent home for horses. The facilities include:

Large Grass and Shaded Paddocks - Horses are turned out daily in groups of 2-4 in order to provide the most natural environment for their well being and health. Paddocks provide grass and shade and are large enough for multiple horses to relax and graze. Paddocks are seeded, fertilized and weeded regularly. All fencing is wood cross fencing. Horses are turned out 6 days a week, weather permitting. A wonderful environment for your performance horse.

Main Barn - Seventeen 12 x 12 stalls, concrete aisle, multiple cross tie areas through out the aisle with equine floor pads. All stalls have windows that allow the horses to still view the outside while in their stall. Windows are able to be closed during inclement weather. Two large wash stalls are located inside the main barn. Bathroom and Washer/Dryer facilities are also located in the main barn.

Pony Barms - Stall size is 12 x 10 and 12 x 12. Two 5 stall Pony Barns surround the pond area. These barns are some of the favorite stalls due to open environment. These barns are located directly behind the main barn. There are also two exterior wash stalls located between the main barn and the original pony barn. Although these two barns are referred to as the "pony barns", both horses and ponies are kept in these stalls. The smaller ponies do prefer the lower gate height in these barns compared to the stall door height in the main barn.

Riding Arena - Extra large riding arena with premium sand footing and lighted for late summer evening rides. Large area provides numerous jumps and courses to be used during all levels of training. The extra area provides enough room to hack your horse in the arena while lessons are still being conducted. Shade trees in the middle of the ring provide a nice break during the summer heat. Visitors and family members enjoy the shaddy viewing deck located at ringside. Nice relaxing atmosphere yet with all the equipment necessary for riders to train and enjoy thier ride.

Tack Room - New tack room is well organized and provides ample storage of all saddles and bridles. Tack room includes television with DVD system for review of training videos. Break room area complete with refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, microwave for client use. Nice reading area provides a nice area to relax and talk amongst barn friends in the comfort of air conditioning.
